Innovation Audit - Cisco Reseller, London UK 

 

Our client was already a successful and growing Cisco partner, but wanted to benchmark their reputation for innovation and develop this further. Through a referral from the University of Nottingham, they chose to work with SiQ innovation. The audit was conducted with preliminary questionnaires, a full day on site interviewing key staff, with video link-ups to branch offices.​ Our report identified 32 recommendations for further developing and harnessing innovation as a competitive advantage. It is no suprise to us that our client won the Cisco Partner Award for Innovation, and continues to work with SIQ to further enhance the innovation management framework.
